I had a wonderful session with Eric to learn through experience the type of meditation he practices and teaches. His soothing energy and clear explanations made for a transforming experience. He is an artist as well as a healer. I would love to experience a session working with painting. He is open and loving and does the work himself. He clearly has personally gone through much growth and transformation and has very healing views about suffering. We all should make time to learn from Eric about experiencing more peace in our lives.
